Angela is a Tasmanian writer with a special interest in the people, places, past and present of the island. Her first historical fiction novel, Umarrah & George, was released by Forty South Publishing in November 2024.

Set in early Van Diemen’s Land, Umarrah & George is the story of a complicated friendship between Umarrah, an emerging Tasmanian Aboriginal leader, and George, the son of former convicts.
